This is just going to be a random post.  Just a few things here and there.  This first picture is actually of a whole bunch of lettuce we got from the garden.  I don't think I've ever mentioned it before (because I'm a slacker and I'm not completely caught up - still haven't talked about moving yet.  Sorry.).  Anyway, we decided to do a garden this year at the community garden that the stake does.  As everyone knows, I love to garden, but since we're living in Mark and Lisa's basement, that means I don't have a yard of my own to garden in.  So we went this route for this year.  So far, we've gotten this lettuce just from thinning it out.  And we've gotten tons of zucchini already too.  It's working out pretty well so far.

 This second picture is just of Sophie and her beloved Lamb.  And she's sporting cute pigtails.  Sadly, she still screams when I put them in.

 This one I'm actually really excited about.  I mentioned that I've been sewing more since I got my cabinet to keep everything organized.  So I've been trying to sew every day during Sophie's nap, and it's worked out pretty well.  I finished project number 2!  And I love it!  You don't get the whole effect when it's just hanging there, but someday I'll have a dressform that will fix that.  :)

 Yesterday, Mark and I took Sophie to the West Valley swimming pool.  It's a really cool outdoor pool with lots of different waterfalls and fountains and slides.  I would have thought she'd love it since she loves her little pool in the back yard, but she hated it.  She screamed every time we tried to take her into the water.  So we spent most of the time sitting under a tree taking pictures.

That's all for now.  Still working on getting some pictures organized of our townhouse to show you what all we did to it while we were there. 

In the meantime, since I still haven't talked about moving, I'll just say that we did move.  Back to Utah.  In mid-May.  And that we're living in Mark and Lisa's basement for now.  Dave has been studying all day every day for the Utah State Bar, which is next Tuesday and Wednesday.  And we still don't have any job prospects.  The more we look, the more we find that, at the very least, everyone wants you to have passed the Bar already.  And we won't find out until October if he did or not.  So I guess we wait and hope we find something soon.  So if anyone knows of any jobs Dave might be able to apply for, please let us know.  For now though, we'll just try to get through next week.
