And now she looks like this:
And this:
As you can see, she has found her toes. She loves to grab them and hold on. Dave says she's going to be a cheerleader because she's already doing that (good gracious).
She is still standing like a pro and loving it.
She also loves her Daddy (and I love her cowlicks).
Another thing she loves to do is put everything in her mouth......
like Daddy's finger. It doesn't matter what it is. Her hands, other people's hands, toys, blankets, burp cloths....anything she can get her hands on. Speaking of things in her mouth, here's something else she likes there:
Food! We started her off on real food a couple weeks ago. She started with the rice cereal of course......and we forgot to take pictures of it. We did take a video of it, but it's pretty long and boring. However, she did manage, in the first 30 seconds in the world of real food, to dump most of it all over herself. I thought I had the bowl far enough away, but apparently she has monkey arms and reached it anyway. So most of it ended up on her and the floor. But she liked what got into her mouth. Yesterday, we gave her oatmeal cereal and peas for the first time. I'm kind of surprised, but she loved both of them. (As you can see, the peas are in the picture)
One other thing she has started doing within the last week or so is roll over consistently. Oddly enough, it's from her back to her stomach, which I hear is supposed to come second. But I don't think she likes the feeling of falling from her stomach to her back. We seem to find her on her stomach every time we go get her from her crib now. And she'll do it while she's lying on the floor too. I guess that means we need to start baby-proofing things soon. Ick.I guess the only other thing to let you know is her stats. She had her 4 month appointment on Friday, which means she had her second set of shots. She only cried for a minute this time as opposed to almost the whole way home last time. I couldn't believe how good she did. Her height is still large for her age. She was 26.25 inches (98.29 percentile). And her weight was 14 lb 12.5 oz (77.58 percentile). She's growing fast!

I love the picture with peas in her mouth! I'm glad she's loving her food. Some babies really don't for awhile.
We're missing it all!!
