Lefty?

So we've noticed recently....and much before recently, that Sophie grabs things with her left hand probably 90% of the time.  Is it too early to assume she's going to be left-handed?  Is there an age where it becomes more obvious?  When did all of you mothers out there notice a definite preference that turned into being right or left handed?

Payton started doing everything with his left hand and used it more than his right at first, so we were hopeful he would be a lefty (left handed athletes are VERY valuable...), but now that he has started eating with utensils, it is more obvious that he is a righty. However, we are still working on the left hand as well...it is always helpful to be able to use both.
