So, the other night I had a really horrible nightmare.  I went to get the mail, saw that there was something for Dave from the Utah State Bar.  I opened it and it said that he had failed the Bar.  So all of these things were going through my mind.  Like how he would have to wait until February to retake it and in the meantime we would be stuck waiting, and waiting, and waiting with no job..........and studying, and studying, and studying, and more stress, and another 2 day test, and...............nightmare.  Definitely.

I checked the Utah Bar website this morning to see if they had the pass list posted yet (which I've been doing every day for a week even though the results aren't supposed to be out until next week or after).  And guess what?  It was there.

Good thing I asked Dave for his ID# yesterday (It just lists the ID#'s and pass or fail next to them).

And guess what?! 

HE PASSED!!!!!!!!!!!!

I may or may not have done a happy dance and then gone and pounced on Dave in excitement (who was still sleeping and is still uncertain whether it was a dream or not) to tell him the news. 

Not that I ever doubted he would pass (he studied all day every day for 2 months for crying out loud), but the past week or so has been stressful because we knew the results would be out soon.  And you never know.  What if?  So I'm glad that we know and that he passed.  Also, I know that lots of people have to take it multiple times, but your chances of passing go down drastically on your 2nd, 3rd, etc time taking it.  Not sure why, but it's a fact.  So it's good we only had to do it once.

So of course, after we found out, we had to tell people.  So we told Mark (he was just upstairs), I was actually on the phone with my mom when I checked the website, so she knows, and we called Lisa at work.  She was so excited she said she had to go cry.  I'm more of a jumping up and down in excitement kind of a person myself, but it just shows how happy she was. 

Okay, I'm done.  I'm just really excited!
