I'm really bad.....

I meant to write a post last week about this, but.....I just didn't.  Somehow it escaped me.  Or I was waiting to see if Dave would write it.  He didn't either.

It has now been a week and a half that Dave has had a job!  Before you get too excited, it isn't going to be a permanent sort of thing.  He's basically a contract employee for a company that does document review for law firms.  So far, it's been 40 hrs/week and it will be as long as they have contracts, but if at some point they don't, he won't be working at all until they have another one.  Hence the not permanent thing, since it's not consistent and has no benefits or anything.  We're still looking for something else, but in the meantime, we're very excited to have the first income we've had in almost 4 years.  It feels good.
