Anyway, I just wanted to let everyone know that the Movie Quiz scores are in! I've been bad about tallying up the points and keeping you informed along the way, so this should be a semi-surprise for everyone! First though, I forgot to mention the winner of our last movie quiz. Number 20 goes wholly to Tana who got the movie, person who said it, and the context. It was, of course, The Scarlet Pimpernel, one of our all-time favorite movies.
Dave was thinking about it because we let someone borrow it months ago and hadn't gotten it back yet. (Don't worry. It's home now.)

Tana is correct in saying that the quote is said at the end of the movie right after Percy fakes his own death. So, 4 points for her, which actually bumps her up to 5th place overall.
On to the top three. Drumroll please..........
In 3rd place, with 11 points, is Mark.
In 2nd place, with 13 points, is Dan.
And finally, in 1st place, with 15.25 points (Dave was being silly with handing out half-points and quarter-points......we'll have to forgive him I guess) is.............JORDEN! It was a pretty close game there.
We promised a prize for the winner. Our proposal is that we'll send you a box of cookies or brownies Jorden. You just have to tell us what kind you want.
We haven't quite decided what to do with our next set of movie quizzes. We want to continue doing them, but thought that adding a new twist might be good. Any ideas?

What a surprise! It was an honor just to be nominated with such incredible movie lovers. I would like to thank all the little people who have helped me get to this point, especially my husband, Dan, who has always encouraged my obsession with movies. Thank you all.
Yay!!! I actually got a movie quiz!!! As for the new movie quizzes, you could always quote a couple lines from a movie, then ask for the next line in the movie.
