Oddly enough, the snow has held off this year. Last year, we had it in the beginning of October. However, this year, it snowed on Friday for the first time.

Sorry, no pictures of Sophie this time.
Oddly enough, the snow has held off this year. Last year, we had it in the beginning of October. However, this year, it snowed on Friday for the first time.

These pictures are to make Mark jealous mostly. I made a blueberry pie on Sunday and did an actual lattice top (not worth the time I think, even though it looks pretty). It was good!

That does look so cute!!! I don't know if I would ever have it in me to go through that much trouble but it really does look amazing!
Ummmm...do you know what would be fun? Making a pie like that over Christmas and inviting us to come and eat it with you.

Pretty pie, Brooke. It looks like you have gotten more snow than we have. We got a dusting once or twice, but it was gone really quickly. Let's hope it doesn't do too much in the next week or so. That would put a damper on our plans.
