Recently, I became a member of Goodreads, which is a website that lets you search for books, keep a list of books that you've read, make a to-read list, and much more. Some things I use more than others, but one of the things I use the most is the to-read list. I love it. I can immediately record book recommendations from people and not forget them....like I used to do. I don't have to wonder what I'm going to read next: I just go and look at my list and request the number one spot from the library. However, I have also recently started listening to a podcast called Books on the Nightstand, which I love. They talk about old books, new books, classics, everything. They talk about so many books that I want to read, that each episode I go and add a few books to my to-read list....... I now have almost 100 books on my list. So you're thinking to yourself "yeah, but Brooke, you read a lot. that's not an unmanageable amount." However, if you think that every day I'm adding a few more books..........
I. am. never. going. to. catch. up.
Oh well. Such is life.

I have the same problem. The rate at which i add books to my to-read list and the rate at which I move them to the read-list do not match up. But I love having a place to keep track of them all.
