Catch Up

I've been slacking lately and I haven't posted pictures or anything for awhile.  So here we go. 

A couple weeks ago we went to Liberty Park to play at their awesome playground and splash pad.  Sophie absolutely loved it.  She's a sucker for water.

 The other day, Sophie thought it would be funny to put on Dave's shoes and socks.  So she made us put them on her.  And she loved it of course.

 Like mother like daughter.  That catalog she's looking at?  It's a seed catalog.  She couldn't get enough of it.

 This one is no surprise.  She loves being hung upside down.

 Not surprising on this one either,......although I don't know if I've mentioned this trend.  She loves to tickle people.  If you go tell her to tickle Daddy, she does it.  With her own sound effects.  It sounds something like "guh-ng guh-ng guh-ng".  That means tickle tickle tickle believe it or not.

Sophie had her 15 month appointment on Monday.....now that she's 16 months.  I know.  The move threw us off because we didn't have a doctor here yet and I apparently didn't call them soon enough so we had to wait a few weeks.  Unfortunately, they didn't give us a printout of her stats (is that normal?  our doctor in Omaha ALWAYS gave us a printout of her stats and her immunization record at every appointment.), so I can't tell you exactly what they were, but I do know that she was 24+ pounds, which was in the 70's or 80's somewhere for percentile.  And her height was in the 97th percentile, but I don't know what it was.  Sorry.  She did get 3 shots and has been unhappy and sick all week because of it.  Although today, she broke out in little red spots.........is THAT normal?  I couldn't tell you what vaccinations she got, but I guess one of them could have been chicken pox?  She's had a fever for 2 days........I wasn't worried because shots and fevers go hand in hand......but then the spots too?  I guess we'll see how she's doing in the morning.
