I finished my business associations final this morning. It was about as painful as I expected from a three hour test on how different types of businesses are legally formed, organized, run, and dissolved. Next I am on to my evidence final on Wednesday. That test is all multiple choice dealing with permissible exceptions to the hearsay rule and proper objections of expert witnesses.
However, I don’t think most of you are reading this post to find out what I am up to, but how Brooke is doing. So far she has been a little uncomfortable but no serious pain. It looks like the baby (like her father) likes to be nice and warm. I bet she isn’t looking forward to the damp and dreary world here in Omaha.
