This is just a quick announcement that Sophie Anne Lott was born today, Wednesday April 28th 2010. Brooke endured nearly 20 hours of painful labor to bring Sophie into the world. Due to the fact that Sophie was facing the wrong way, she was unable to adequately pass Brooke's pelvis. The doctors finally did a cesarean to bring Sophie into the world. Brooke endured labor with incredible strength, and has been looking at recovery with optimism.
Tomorrow I will download the pictures from the camera and post some on the blog. Until then, sleep well Sophie.
